A fourteen day Certificate Programme
Colour is a wonderful mindfulness tool that connects you to the inner light of your Diamond Mind so you can live fully in the present. When this happens you feel fully alive, connected, peaceful and relaxed. You are also able to copy with stress caused by situations in the past and by worrying about the future.
In this mindfulness with colour course, Suzy Chiazzari takes you on a journey through the rainbow using simple mindfulness visualisations and focusing therapy exercises that raise your awareness of your body, emotions, thoughts and words. By being fully present you find joy and peace in the here and now, your consciousness is raised and you can connect to your own beautiful Diamond Mind.
Each colour represents a different part of your life, which is a facet of your Diamond mind. This program uses different colours to spotlight different aspect of you and your daily activity, so you can use the appropriate mindfulness exercise and visualisations when you need it.
When you have enjoyed the benefits of this mindfulness course using colour, you will receive your beautiful Diamond Mind Iris School of Colour Therapy Certificate. If you are a teacher or therapist you can use the colour exercises as a springboard and incorporate these into your existing practice.
We also offer you the opportunity to go on to lead others through the program as a Certified Diamond Mindfulness teacher and use the course notes in your own workshops and individual sessions. Contact the school for details.
The course is valid for one month so you study at your own speed. You will get guidance and feedback from Suzy Chiazzari. The course takes around 1 - 2 hours study a day or 20 hours over 14 days. Email us if you want to enrol.
